They changed my fly from 23 to 24 and nothing happen. I lost my connection Fly I spent another night hotel and lost appointment in my bossiness in Spain and more.
when I call costumer service they said that they can't to make anything. ?????????????

Sorry they didn't have an option for you to misuse the English language on their website and then sent you a form letter dismissing your worthless complaint that included proper use of the English language despite you telling them multiple times that you prefer being an ***.

Proper Etiquette in english is to address a married lady as Mrs.
Ms. Is used if one is not sure that the person you are writing to is married.
Being offended that a BELGIAN company, whose National languages are Dutch, French and German does not offer the option of Ms. , a title used only in some over-the-top political correct Anglosaxon countries, is not only petty, it is actually insulting to a company who does the effort of providing English language options to its clients.
Do you seriously have nothing better to do than :cry about a company not offering a "Ms." option on their website? Get a life.
